MUAY THAI TRAINING CAMP: Weekdays Tues & Thurs 11:00am + Wed 8pm

 

Thai Boxing classes start with Level 1 Muay Thai, an 8 week training camp where you learn the basic kicks, punches ,elbows & knees of Muay Thai. Levels 2 - 4 are 12 week training camps that build on the foundation you learn in your 1st training camp. Named the King of all Martial Arts & known as the art of 8 limbs, Muay Thai is a effective and brutal fighting art from Thailand.

 

 

LADIES KICKBOXING FITNESS BOOTCAMP: Daily Classes Available

 

This is a great workout, fitness kickboxing bootcamp focuses on a total body transformation by toning, weight loss, strength & conditioning. Kickboxing bag & mitt work is combined with the same cardio fitness workouts that we use to get fighters in shape for competitions. Lose weight, tone your body & get in great shape with these 30 min intense fitness bootcamps

 

 

KIDS KICKBOXING CAMP:  Weekdays 4:15pm

 

We have a fun Kids Kickboxing after-school program that we run mon -fri. This youth program helps kids build confidence, get exercise, make new friends, learn respect of others, and have lots of fun!! 

 

 

1 on 1 PERSONAL TRAINING: By Appointment Only
